Residential HVAC Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Job Description
HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys is seeking a hands-on, player-coach Residential HVAC Sales Manager / Director of Sales who will actively close major accounts while building and guiding a growing sales team. This role combines frontline selling with leadership, shaping a scalable sales engine for a hybrid work setup in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Personally close high value HVAC deals while also building and leading the sales team
- Train and develop the sales staff to enhance performance
- Design and implement sales systems and structure from the ground up
- Create your own door-to-door canvassing team as an additional lead source
- Influence major company processes to fit growth objectives
Requirements
- Proven history of selling $2M+ in HVAC annually
- Consistently maintain a close rate above 25%
- Ability to close deals directly inside the customer’s home
- Experience generating leads via door-to-door and self-prospecting efforts
- Capability to train and develop a sales team
- Experience building systems and processes for sales operations
- Positive energy with a solutions oriented approach
- Proven ability to build and scale a strong HVAC sales department
- Understand that customers want multiple buying options, ideally at least seven offers/presentations

Pay
Annual salary range: USD 200,000 – 700,000
