Leadership development and growth
As a Nashville Manager in Training, you will complete a 180-day paid leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow our Nashville market. During training, you will:
- Master advanced roofing sales strategies
- Strengthen project management skills
- Learn recruiting and hiring techniques
- Develop coaching and leadership abilities
- Work directly with experienced company leaders
- Learn how to build, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team
What you'll do
- Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
- Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
- Coach new team members through ride-alongs and field training
- Lead by example while driving accountability and team performance
- Help establish and grow the Nashville market
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience (required)
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to relocate to Dallas, TX for the required 180-day paid leadership training program before returning to Nashville
