Job Description

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator in Alvarado, Texas to maintain website inventory and imagery, provide administrative support to the Business Development Sales team, and manage RV sales appointments and lead follow-up within the CRM.

Location

Alvarado, Texas on site

Compensation

Hourly wage range: USD 14 to USD 17

Responsibilities

  • Schedule RV sales appointments and log them in the CRM, tracking progress through stages
  • Capture prospective customer information accurately within the system
  • Monitor response times for all incoming leads
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Follow provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone interaction
  • Schedule follow up actions based on contact status, log notes, and update customer stage accordingly

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales oriented with a results driven mindset
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstrates effective time management to meet objectives
  • Ability to multi-task with solid organizational abilities
  • Prior experience with CRM systems and proficient computer skills
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous
  • May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
