Sales Development Administrator
Job Description
Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Administrator in Alvarado, Texas to maintain website inventory and imagery, provide administrative support to the Business Development Sales team, and manage RV sales appointments and lead follow-up within the CRM.

Compensation
Hourly wage range: USD 14 to USD 17
Responsibilities
- Schedule RV sales appointments and log them in the CRM, tracking progress through stages
- Capture prospective customer information accurately within the system
- Monitor response times for all incoming leads
- Maintain up to date knowledge of digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Follow provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone interaction
- Schedule follow up actions based on contact status, log notes, and update customer stage accordingly
Requirements
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Sales oriented with a results driven mindset
- Strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrates effective time management to meet objectives
- Ability to multi-task with solid organizational abilities
- Prior experience with CRM systems and proficient computer skills
- Prior sales experience is advantageous
- May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
