Job Description

The Sales Development Manager (Fleet and Dealer) will drive new business growth across North America by prospecting, closing, and expanding relationships with dealer groups and fleet operators. This is a hunter-focused role that leads the full sales cycle and delivers tailored supply chain solutions, with a hybrid onsite requirement in Parsippany, NJ.

Role Overview

In this position, you will identify and win new accounts across the US and Canada while maintaining and strengthening existing key relationships. You will lead end-to-end sales activities, from initial outreach through qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing. The role includes direct selling of supply chain solutions spanning remarketing transport, D2C delivery, vehicle processing, and upfitting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and win new accounts across the US and Canada while growing existing key relationships.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including cold outreach and qualification, pitch presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Sell tailored supply chain solutions, including remarketing transport, D2C delivery, vehicle processing, and upfitting services.
  • Partner with operations and solution design teams to develop custom proposals.
  • Maintain an active, high-volume pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting within the CRM.
  • Represent the company at North American industry events and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in automotive, fleet logistics, supply chain, or transportation services.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close new accounts, not solely manage existing portfolios.
  • Strong preference for experience selling directly to fleet managers, dealer groups, or OEM financial arms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort handling multi-stakeholder opportunities, including the ability to manage a large territory independently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the US and Canada.

Compensation and Location

  • Location: Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ (hybrid)
  • Compensation: USD 150,000 to 170,000 per year
  • Minimum experience: 10 years
