Sales Development and Customer Success Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and qualified leads for hosting and infrastructure services
- Engage with business and enterprise clients to understand their needs and propose fitting solutions
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships after the sale
- Support customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams for support or escalations
- Manage and grow your portfolio of clients over time
Requirements
- Industry knowledge: prior experience in hosting, servers, cloud, or related infrastructure services strongly preferred
- Sales experience: minimum 2+ years in sales, ideally in a technical or B2B services environment
- Strong communication skills: confident, professional communication with business and enterprise clients
- English proficiency: exceptional written and spoken fluency
- Customer focused mindset: ability to support clients post-sale and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Technical knowledge: some technical knowledge preferred for a semi-technical sales role; comfortable discussing hosting solutions, infrastructure basics, and coordinating with technical teams to scope requirements
- Independent and driven: semi-autonomous role with flexible hours; best suited for someone who takes initiative and performs well working independently

Remuneration
- Monthly pay range: USD 1,000 to 10,000
- 20% recurring commission on all sales with no cap
