Infinity Payment Systems is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join the team onsite in Wilmington, NC. This role centers on outbound prospecting, building relationships with small business owners, and generating opportunities nationwide, with a clear progression path from SDR to Account Executive. The position combines hands-on training, uncapped earning potential, and a dynamic, high-energy sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to small business owners across the United States by phone
  • Present Infinity’s payment processing solutions
  • Identify ways to help businesses reduce costs
  • Qualify leads, book meetings, and create opportunities for Account Executives
  • Follow up with interested prospects
  • Log activity and manage the sales pipeline in our CRM
  • Drive progress toward weekly and monthly goals

What You’ll Earn

    • Year 1: 45,000+
    • Year 2: 70,000+
    • Year 3: 120,000+
    • Top performers earn 100,000+, with the highest surpassing 250,000 annually
