Job Description

Join 24 Seven as a Sales Development Representative within a structured sales academy designed to build outbound prospecting, discovery, and revenue generation skills, aided by coaching-driven development and a clear path to promotion into closing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume, high-quality multi-channel outreach including phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Conduct concise, value-driven discovery conversations to uncover business pain and align solutions with prospect needs.
  • Secure high-intent meetings that lead to tangible revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and strategic plays.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, tracking activity, managing sequences, and forecasting pipeline accurately.
  • Participate actively in coaching, call reviews, and weekly enablement sessions to sharpen your craft.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and grit; open to feedback and able to apply it.
  • Comfort working toward KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Outreach, Gong, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Bonus: Exposure to SaaS, multi-product solution selling, or the real estate/PropTech space.

Pay

Annual base salary: USD 50,000.
