Sales Manager
Job Description
NewVision Security is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the Midwest region from its Dickinson, North Dakota operations. The role guides both commercial and residential sales teams to grow project revenue, service agreements, and recurring monthly revenue, while partnering with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to shape strategy and develop future regional leaders. This on-site position requires hands-on leadership and a focus on building a high-performing sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor regional sales teams to improve performance and capability
- Drive results through key metrics, forecasting accuracy, and regular pipeline reviews
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, urgency, and disciplined execution
- Oversee recruitment, development plans, and performance management
- Expand revenue across project work, service contracts, and recurring revenue
- Deepen existing customer relationships while winning new business
- Craft vertical market and service-specific sales strategies
- Increase service agreement and recurring revenue attachment rates
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
- Standardize sales processes, pricing practices, and CRM discipline
- Improve forecasting accuracy and overall sales efficiency
- Participate in leadership planning and strategic initiatives
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain top-performing sales professionals
- Coach emerging leaders and future managers across the organization
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement aligned with the NewVision Blueprint
- Support career growth and leadership development across all regions
- Set clear expectations, development plans, and succession pathways for top performers
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 5+ years in sales leadership
- Proven success leading multi-region sales teams
- Experience selling project-based solutions, service agreements, and recurring revenue
- Strong coaching, forecasting, and team development skills
- Ability to travel between offices, with headquarters in Bismarck, ND, and offices in Dickinson, ND, Fargo, ND, and Rapid City, SD
