Job Description

The Atlantic District is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a growing sales team in Boston, onsite. This role centers on guiding client-focused growth and building a high-performing, collaborative culture within one of the nation’s trusted insurance and financial services organizations. The position offers a compensation package in the range of USD 220,000 to 250,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of sales professionals to reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our long-term goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics, offering constructive feedback and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the broader leadership group to refine our sales processes and client outreach efforts.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging work environment where every voice is valued.
  • Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • Valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Three or more years of leadership or management experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members to meet performance goals.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting software.
