Job Description
The Hire Mark is seeking a marketing professional to shape and execute growth strategies for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Pasadena, with on-site responsibilities that connect healthcare marketing to admissions outcomes. This role centers on strengthening occupancy by leveraging a proven Glendale, CA referral network that includes hospitals and physicians, and requires hands-on collaboration with clinical and admissions teams to drive sustained enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aimed at increasing SNF occupancy and admissions
- Leverage existing Glendale referral-source connections to nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the SNF sector
- Create targeted marketing campaigns to reach prospective residents and their families
- Collaborate with the admissions team to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media
- Analyze marketing metrics and outcomes to inform future strategies
- Stay informed on industry developments and best practices in SNF marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with healthcare exposure preferred
- Established connections with Glendale, CA referral sources, including hospitals and physicians
- Strong understanding of the SNF industry and its regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting

Compensation
