Territory Sales Manager
Job Description
Worldpac is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead a regional sales effort focused on driving revenue and profit. Based in Yorktown Heights, NY with remote work options, you will design and implement sales programs, test new techniques, and guide the team to execute initiatives on time and within budget while building lasting customer relationships.
Compensation
USD 75,900 to 94,900 per year
Location
Yorktown Heights, NY (remote). This is a remote position with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales within the assigned territory by visiting existing and potential customers.
- Gather market and customer data to generate sales leads and travel throughout the territory to demonstrate products and programs.
- Maintain territory records and expense accounts.
- Prepare market condition reports, monitor competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities to maximize customer potential and support company growth.
- Provide senior leadership with essential information and deliver accurate, timely sales reports and departmental budgets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic business partners.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of automotive aftermarket sales or sales management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of prior leadership experience.
- Occasional travel required – approximately one week per quarter.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
