Aesthetics Regional Sales Director
Job Description
Extremity Care invites applications for an Aesthetics Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team within a defined region. This onsite role is based in Dallas, TX and focuses on growing market presence in medical aesthetics while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and company objectives. The position combines people leadership with strategic, data-driven sales execution across the territory.
Responsibilities
- Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of regional sales personnel.
- Sets monthly and annual sales targets and tracks progress toward key performance metrics.
- Delivers ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to drive individual and team success.
- Maintains and expands relationships with key aesthetics customers, physician partners, and strategic accounts.
- Develops and executes regional sales strategies aligned with national initiatives.
- Analyzes sales trends and business insights to adjust sales plans and maximize territory growth.
- Ensures compliance with company sales processes, documentation standards, CRM usage, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Training and Education, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Operations.
- Represents the company at trade shows, conferences, customer programs, workshops, and regional events as needed.
- Conducts regular team meetings, business reviews, and field ride-alongs to assess sales approach and alignment.
- Extensive travel based on business needs, including overnight trips and occasional weekend work.
- Maintains working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal SOPs.
- Manages direct reports.
- Provides constructive feedback and guidance to develop leadership in direct reports and department management.
- Conducts performance reviews and establishes performance improvement plans as needed.
- Travel domestically up to 80% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives.
- Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings.
- Ensures completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes.
- Requires flexibility to work outside normal hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business and operational needs when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or a related field is required.
- Minimum four years of sales leadership experience managing field-based representatives.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Clearance of favorable background investigation required.
