Job Description

The AI Team and Why Join
The AI Business Development Manager will align closely with WWT's strategic AI practice and our portfolio of AI OEM partnerships, as well as the field sales organization, to execute campaigns focused on WWT AI offerings across verticals and regions.
Responsibilities
- Enable pipeline generation for WWT field teams to drive AI revenue across the AI Factory stack—software, data, and infrastructure
- Execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for AI solutions in line with OEM partnerships and AI practice goals
- Build the WWT AI brand within local sales territories to engage field sellers and drive AI solutions to customers
- Participate throughout the sales cycle to maximize value for partners and clients
- Align with strategic OEM field, channel, and partner teams to maximize joint selling impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture and engineering, partners, services, marketing, business development, and generalist sales teams to deliver architecture-led solutions
- Bring in complementary software and infrastructure—GPU compute, high-performance networking, and AI-optimized storage—to complete AI architectures for customers
- Develop relationships with decision-makers at strategic global accounts and identify new sales opportunities
- Operate data-driven and thoughtfully across diverse sales teams, serving as a key ambassador for WWT AI solutions
- Build and maintain domain expertise in AI Solutions, Data Strategy, High-Performance Architectures, and AI Factory components
- Forecast, report, and analyze pipeline and sales performance using Salesforce
- Collaborate with AI Solutions teams to identify and develop campaigns with marketing to drive targeted profitable growth
- Align with regional OEM/ISV partners to maximize selling impact
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technology sales experience
- 2–3 years of AI, data center, or infrastructure sales experience
- Working knowledge of Claude, Gemini, or similar including agentic experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to influence and lead personnel and deliver results
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines aggressively
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
