This onsite role in Georgia offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus uncapped commission potential with a target total income above $180,000. You will help grow our North American client base by pursuing new business, owning the full sales cycle, and partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored merchandising solutions. Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business by identifying decision-makers through outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Own the sales cycle by building and managing a robust pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Win business by presenting tailored merchandising solutions, negotiating terms, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to generate leads and raise visibility.
- Collaborate with operations, account teams, and other internal groups to ensure effective onboarding and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in merchandising, retail services, or related industries.
- A hunter mentality: tenacious, proactive, and resourceful in creating opportunities.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate clearly, build trust quickly, and influence others.
- Confident negotiator capable of securing favorable terms while fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Travel required: approximately 10–15% of the time, including visits to conferences, trade fairs, and customers across North America.
