Business Development Advisor

As a Business Development Advisor, you will grow our in‑home care services across Mitchell and surrounding communities by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, and community partners. This onsite role offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 to $24.00 and the chance to make a meaningful difference for families.

Responsibilities

• Generate new inquiries and referrals to grow market share
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, and rehabilitation centers
• Meet with families, social workers, and community partners to discuss care needs
• Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, presentations, and closed sales using CRM software
• Develop a qualified referral pipeline through face‑to‑face visits, cold calling, email, phone outreach, and community networking

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Sales or business development experience (consultative sales a plus)
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Driver's License with a clean record (Required)
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (Required)
