Job Description
Venture Solar is seeking a Business Development Consultant to close residential solar deals from its Fairfield, CT on-site office. The role collaborates with an appointment-setting team and relies on an educational selling approach to help homeowners understand how solar works, where savings come from, and how a signed contract is reached. This position focuses on closing outcomes within a structured compensation plan.
Responsibilities
- Focus on closing, not prospecting; no door knocking or cold calling required.
- Close deals with homeowners.
- Work with appointment setting team to schedule qualified appointments and close.
- Educate customers about how solar works and where their savings come from to build trust and convert to a signed contract.
