Job Description

The Business Development Manager role with GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is an onsite position in Atlanta, GA, targeting six-figure growth by delivering mission-critical security solutions to corporate clients, cultivating lasting relationships, and expanding the local territory with travel up to 50 percent.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, qualifying leads and closing deals.
  • Create and present persuasive proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver presentations that position GardaWorld as the preferred partner.
  • Assess local markets and expansion opportunities to identify potential clients, buying centers, and strategic growth avenues.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and implementation schedules to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and operations teams to showcase expertise and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and manage your schedule proactively to maximize territory coverage.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process.
  • 2+ years of B2B business development experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
  • Ability to understand complex buying processes, navigate multiple stakeholders, and craft solutions that address client problems.
  • Motivated by targets, revenue growth, and recognition for high performance.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients at all levels, earning trust through honesty, integrity, and follow-through.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, can pivot quickly, and maintains composure under pressure.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, CRM discipline, and time management to maximize results.
