Onsite in Dallas, TX, this role offers a competitive annual compensation range of USD 127,900 to 173,100. As a Business Development Manager for CMI at Tata Consultancy Services, you will drive global growth for the FAO practice, expand market presence across North America, Europe, and APAC, and build executive relationships with CFOs, VPs, Controllers, and Finance Directors to lead multi‑million USD transformations.
This position places you at the heart of strategic finance and operating model redesign initiatives, collaborating with delivery, solutioning, consulting, and alliance teams to position TCS as a true transformation partner. You will represent TCS at executive forums, industry events, and client boardrooms, guiding industry-specific value propositions and differentiated FAO offerings such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and FP&A.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across North America, Europe, and APAC
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of large FAO deals with multi‑million USD TCV
- Lead strategic pursuits including RFPs, solutioning, and commercial structuring
- Establish and nurture relationships with CFOs, VPs, Controllers, and Finance Directors
- Act as a trusted advisor on finance transformation and operating model design
- Influence decision-making through insight-led conversations and value articulation
- Represent TCS at executive forums, industry events, and client boardrooms
- Co-create and refine differentiated FAO offerings in Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and FP&A
- Champion digital finance transformation and the evolution of Shared Services/GBS
- Advise on AI-led automation in finance and related efficiency gains
- Develop industry-specific solutions and value propositions
- Leverage deep experience in Shared Services/GBS models to advise operating models
- Support cost optimization, productivity improvements, and process standardization efforts
- Position TCS as a strategic transformation partner rather than a services provider
- Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, consulting, and alliance teams to align sales and delivery
- Mentor and guide regional sales teams to scale FAO growth
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in F&A outsourcing / BPO
- Experience in consulting or shared services transformation
- Proven success closing large FAO deals (> 20M USD TCV preferred)
- Strong network and experience engaging CFO-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record creating and scaling service offerings
- Experience driving growth in shared services / GBS environments
- Deep understanding of end-to-end F&A processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
- Solid grasp of finance transformation trends, including automation, AI, and analytics
