Job Description

At Aline, the Business Development & Partnerships Executive role blends direct sales with strategic partnerships to win new logos and cultivate a robust partner ecosystem in the senior living market. This remote position places you at the intersection of two growth motions, owning the pipeline and quota while shaping collaborative programs that span sales, partnerships, and customer outcomes. You will lead discovery-driven selling, build quantified business cases, and enable partners to drive high-quality referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales: Lead with insights to uncover business triggers through deep discovery, quantify the financial impact of challenges, craft tailored value propositions, orchestrate demonstrations with Solutions Consultants, engage buying committees, and engineer project timelines to sustain a 4:1 pipeline-to-quota ratio via outbound outreach and ongoing senior living operator engagements.
  • Partnerships: Optimize existing partnerships, develop net-new alliances across strategic categories, enable partners with tools and training, co-sell and collaborate to accelerate deals, maintain visibility of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in Salesforce, and represent Aline in the partner ecosystem at industry events and forums.
  • Across Both Motions: Manage an accurate forecast across direct and partner-influenced pipelines, represent the company at conferences, partner events, and client sites, and travel as needed to build relationships and generate pipeline.
  • Internal Collaboration: Build close working relationships with the Partnerships Team, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants to align strategy, share market intelligence, and support joint go-to-market efforts.

Compensation

Base salary: USD 95,000 per year, plus a performance-based variable commission tied to new logo acquisition and quota attainment. Aline also offers a comprehensive benefits package, travel expense reimbursement, and access to ongoing professional development resources.
