Responsibilities
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners onsite; no cold-calling, with homeowners seeking your expertise.
- Apply the proven diagnostic process to quickly identify issues and guide resolutions.
- Lead clear, decisive conversations that establish a strong partnership between you and the homeowner.
- Deliver excellence for every homeowner, prioritizing high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- A true sales professional with 3+ years of sales experience; 3–5 years preferred.
- Competitive, driven, energized by goals and results.
- Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable steering high-stakes conversations.
- Sharp and able to follow a proven playbook while adapting in real time.
