Job Description
ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services is expanding its sales team with a Business Development Specialist who will be on-site in Woodbury, Minnesota. In this role, you will engage decision makers, set up sales meetings to discuss client needs, and cultivate ongoing relationships with accounts to drive sales growth. The position emphasizes building strategic partnerships and delivering solutions through our product and service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Contact decision makers within your sales vertical to schedule sales meetings, discuss client needs, and present solutions through our products and services to create strategic partnerships.
- Engage in relationship management by building and servicing existing clients.
- Manage accounts by addressing issues with current open jobs to support customer retention.
Requirements
- B.A. in business or related field or five years of relevant sales experience.
- Prefer a minimum of two years sales experience.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of sales processes.
- Proficient and comfortable with technology.
- Prefer experience using CRM software such as LuxorCRM, Sales Force to perform account activity entry and sales reports.

Job Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- B.A. in business or related field or five years relevant sales experience.

Schedule
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Pay
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
