Job Description

LaborNow is building its South Carolina presence from Piedmont, with a role that centers on launching and growing the operation in the region. This strategic position tasks you with developing new business, establishing the market from the ground up, and guiding LaborNow’s SC efforts onsite, rather than performing a traditional sales function.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a structured growth strategy for LaborNow's South Carolina operations.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, automotive, distribution, and industrial sectors.
  • Cultivate new client partnerships through cold outreach, networking, referrals, on-site visits, LinkedIn engagement, and community involvement.
  • Develop relationships with decision makers including HR leaders, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Directors, and executives.
  • Lead sales presentations, discuss pricing, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales and revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary representative for LaborNow in South Carolina.
  • Support leadership in identifying strategic office locations and market opportunities.
  • Assist with branch launch activities and the setup of local operations.
  • Aid in recruiting, onboarding, and training future internal staff as the territory grows.
  • Develop local market strategies to expand brand awareness and the regional presence.
  • Attend networking events, chambers of commerce, manufacturing associations, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Support workforce planning and staffing strategies for client accounts.
  • Assist with implementations, client visits, and ongoing account management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client retention.

Requirements

  • More than five years in Business Development, Staffing Sales, Recruiting Sales, or Workforce Solutions is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of South Carolina's business landscape and industrial sectors.
  • Established connections within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or industrial sectors are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and scale a territory autonomously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel regionally across South Carolina.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR solutions, or B2B sales is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
