Job Description

Lead the design and execution of digital sales initiatives for Pamal Broadcasting across the Albany/Glens Falls, NY and Rutland, VT markets, driving revenue targets, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and developing the sales staff.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales managers to hit revenue targets and maximize digital revenue opportunities across all streams.
  • Develop and maintain internal systems and processes to keep digital products current and competitive.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams (sales, programming, marketing) to support digital needs.
  • Be available for in-person and remote sales presentations as needed and assist in creating digital sales presentations.
  • Lead ongoing training and development for current and new sales staff in digital products and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum four years of media sales experience with emphasis on digital platforms.
  • Proven success in sales management, coaching teams, and achieving targets.
  • Direct experience in the broadcasting industry.
  • Ability to mentor sales reps and lead group training sessions.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to evaluate digital campaign ROI.
  • Strong command of presentation tools and CRM platforms including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Experience building B2B relationships to secure new business.
  • Ability to analyze RFPs and craft compelling sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Work Schedule

Your scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There may be an occasional need to attend client events outside of regular hours.

Pay

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 per year
