Job Description

Red Bull is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers in driving in-store execution for key customers. This onsite role in Taunton, MA focuses on setting measurable targets, coaching talent, and aligning field activity with national initiatives to grow volume and impact at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

  • Define sales and KPI targets for each assigned Account Manager and monitor progress monthly, providing feedback, coaching, corrective action, and formal performance reviews.
  • Maintain regular dialogue with retail decision makers to implement both national and local programming.
  • Dedicate two full days per week to route rides, from gate to gate, to train Account Managers and evaluate market execution.
  • Develop Account Managers’ selling capabilities through the established process, including role plays, handling objections, retail math, and understanding various buying personalities of decision makers.
  • Lead ongoing group and individual meetings to enhance operational expertise and acknowledge outstanding results.
  • Collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and act as a visible leader among peers.
  • Build a diverse team that reflects the marketplace, embody Red Bull’s values, and motivate the team through effective leadership.
  • Ensure the Account Manager team adheres to standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience
  • Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
  • Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays
  • English required; additional languages are a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from USD 78,000 to 100,000 per year, plus cash incentives.
