Job Description
Premium Retail Services is offering an onsite District Sales Manager role in Evansville, IN. You will lead a district wireless sales team, delivering personalized wireless solutions and customer education while recruiting, developing talent, analyzing performance, and strengthening relationships with store managers. The position provides a competitive annual salary of USD 70,000 - 80,000 plus a monthly performance-based bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package and clear opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
- Maintain an active field presence across the district through regular visits, inspiring and guiding the district team toward achievement.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent by building, guiding, and mentoring a high-performing group of Premium Sales Managers.
- Evaluate performance data to address challenges and seize opportunities, while driving operational execution in scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and merchandising.
- Share market-informed recommendations with senior leadership and cultivate strong relationships with store managers.
- Put customers first in decision making, uphold ethical standards, stay results-driven, and support your team in stores with hands-on leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five years of management experience in the wireless industry or retail sales environment.
- Three years of critical multi-location management experience.
