Field Sales Manager - Advertising

OneSpark Marketing is hiring an experienced salesperson and Territory Sales Manager for outside field sales in the Pearland, TX area. The role supports business growth by building relationships with local owners and expanding a recurring client portfolio through Indoor Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing Services.

Role Overview

This position is an onsite, on-the-road outside sales opportunity focused on developing the assigned territory, generating new business, and growing long-term recurring accounts. The territory primarily serves Pearland, Friendswood, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned territory.
• Prospect local businesses through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and community events.
• Meet with business owners to learn about their marketing goals.
• Present Indoor Digital Advertising and Digital Marketing Services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and marketing recommendations with support from the internal team.
• Maintain accurate sales and client information in the CRM.
• Represent OneSpark Marketing professionally within the local business community.

Required Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfort meeting and speaking with local business owners.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

This role is commission only with uncapped earning potential.

• Earn 100% of the profit from the first month of every new client you close.
• After the first month, receive 35% recurring commission on the client’s monthly profit for as long as the client remains active.
• Clients typically stay active for at least one year.
• Expected first-year earnings: $45,000 to $90,000+, with top performers exceeding that range.
