Job Description

Segura offers a remote, contract Global Sales Director role designed to accelerate revenue, establish scalable sales processes, and lead multi-region direct and partner-led teams. This position collaborates with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to sharpen GTM effectiveness while engaging in strategic deals and executive-level conversations. The role provides global impact from a remote setting, with compensation discussed early in the process and travel requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee worldwide revenue performance, monitor pipeline health, and ensure forecast reliability
  • Lead and nurture sales teams across multiple regions
  • Institute standardized sales processes and regular operating cadences
  • Coach teams on enterprise deal execution and value-based selling approaches
  • Promote consistent practices across regions while empowering local execution
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to boost go-to-market effectiveness
  • Engage in strategic deals and maintain conversations with C-level executives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in B2B sales environments
  • Strong track record in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Experience leading global or multi-region sales teams
  • Proven ability to close and support complex enterprise deals
  • Strong data-driven mindset and disciplined forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management with C-level engagement

Preferred / Desirable

  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies
  • Experience with channel or partner sales models
