Inside Sales Manager
Job Description
Located in Elkhart, IN onsite, the Inside Sales Manager leads and develops the inside sales team to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve objectives.
- Support outside sales by providing timely quotes, product information, order assistance, and customer follow-up.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor team performance via KPIs, dashboards, and CRM reporting.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, evaluations, and training programs to boost effectiveness.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation, campaigns, and outreach.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and assist with key account opportunities.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and business objectives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, including HubSpot.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
