ODP Business Development Inside Sales Rep

Miracle Makers Home Care is hiring an ODP Business Development Inside Sales Rep to expand new business across the Philadelphia area. In this onsite role, you will build referral relationships, generate monthly ODP referrals and authorizations, and help coordinate staffing support for DSPs that fulfill authorizations. You will also work closely with the ODP Director to surface growth opportunities across Pennsylvania’s ODP provider community.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with Supports Coordinators, SCOs, AEs, counties, provider agencies, and community organizations.
• Complete regular outreach visits to referral sources across the assigned territory.
• Attend networking events, provider fairs, community meetings, and ODP-related functions.
• Promote Miracle Makers Home Care’s ODP services to referral sources and community stakeholders.
• Identify new referral opportunities and partnership relationships.
• Generate new ODP referrals and authorizations each month.
• Support families and referral sources by helping them understand available services.
• Staff assignments by sourcing and recruiting DSPs to provide staffing for authorizations.
• Assist with onboarding and transition efforts.
• Work closely with the ODP Director to identify growth opportunities throughout Pennsylvania.
• Build ongoing relationships with families, advocates, and support networks while maintaining strong visibility in the provider community.
• Maintain outreach logs and referral tracking reports, and document meetings and relationship activity.
• Provide regular updates on referral source activity, opportunities, and performance against referral and authorization goals.

Performance Targets (KPI)

• 15+ new referral sources/month (required)
• 5+ new authorizations/month (required; active new authorizations)
• 2+ new participant enrollments/month (new start-up files)
• Complete community meetings and outreach activity
• Develop county and SCO relationships
• Drive territory growth and expansion
• Support ODP revenue growth within the assigned territory

Location, Experience, and Requirements

• Location: Philadelphia, PA (onsite)
• Salary: USD 47,840 - 65,700 per year
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ODP
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Program Specialist, Supports Coordinator, Community Liaison, Intake Coordinator, Case Manager, ODP Recruiter, Provider Relations Representative, or Business Development Representative
• Existing relationships within Pennsylvania’s ODP system
• Knowledge of ODP waiver services and provider networks
• Experience working with families and community organizations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
