Job Description

Based onsite in Billings, MT, the Regional Sales Manager oversees diagnostic imaging sales across the Colorado and Billings, MT territories, directing initiatives, team development, budgeting, and strategic execution for Lumexa Imaging.

Responsibilities

  • Short-term and long-range business planning
  • Recruitment and onboarding of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists
  • Using data analytics to guide targeting decisions and resource allocation
  • Field visits
  • Engaging and managing relationships with key customers
  • Collaborating on and executing the Lumexa sales strategy
  • Oversee and review monthly territory expense reports
  • Coach and develop Diagnostic Imaging Specialists
  • Annual budget review and planning
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to all corporate compliance policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related certifications preferred
  • 2 – 3 years of team leadership experience
  • 5 years of direct outside sales experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Ability to motivate teams through goal setting, accountability, and reward and recognition
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of operating in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience with CRM and business intelligence tools to identify trends and maximize results
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment to build advocacy and deliver results
  • Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
