Job Description

This remote based senior sales leadership role oversees Renal Denervation sales within a designated Texas territory for Medtronic's Symplicity Renal Denervation portfolio. The position requires travel to multiple accounts and emphasizes achieving unit and revenue targets, developing relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and guiding market development initiatives. The anticipated annual compensation is USD 170,000.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic Renal Denervation products and services within the assigned geographic area or specified accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
  • Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Renal Denervation offerings.
  • Promote the expansion of Renal Denervation products and services to existing and competitive customers.
  • Conduct or evaluate market research on customers and competitors' activities.
  • Develop and implement market development plans and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to existing products to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant sales experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant management or leadership experience.

Physical Job Requirements

  • Sitting or standing for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Wearing a lead apron for long periods (approximately 2-3 hours on average).
  • Ability to operate a moving vehicle.
  • Ability to work in Cath Labs and or Operating Rooms with radiation exposure.
  • Ability to work outside the typical Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.
