Join JVM Lending as a Sales Development Representative and build a career rooted in warm inbound mortgage leads, structured training, and clear advancement. This onsite role in Dallas, TX offers a base salary of $55,000 per year with tiered bonuses tied to monthly funded volume. You will handle 100+ contacts each week, guide buyers through pre-approval, and advance qualified leads to submitted applications after completing our mortgage analyst training. You’ll work with a supportive team that includes a dedicated virtual assistant pair, mortgage analysts, and experienced advisors to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for the relationship.
- Make 100+ contacts per week.
- Guide potential buyers through the early stages of pre-approval.
- Convert qualified leads into full pre-approval submissions.
- Complete the mortgage analyst training program.
- Months 1–3: Full-time training on mortgage analysis, financial documents, credit assessment, and loan products.
- Work a high volume of inbound leads.
- Assess buyer eligibility.
- Build rapport with buyers.
- Answer questions with confidence.
- Coordinate with your VA pair on follow-ups and documentation.
- Collaborate with analysts and advisors on complex situations.
- Qualify the buyer, build the relationship, and move them forward through the process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Experience in a high-volume phone role: BDR, SDR, inside sales, fundraising, call center, or similar. Recent graduates with phon-a-thon, alumni outreach, or campus call center experience are encouraged to apply.
- No mortgage or financial services experience required — we prefer candidates new to the industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Walnut Creek, CA area (in-office).
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation
