Top performers who consistently fund 15–20 loans per month can reach total compensation of roughly $145,000–$175,000, with substantial bonuses on top of base pay.

Day to Day

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any major)
Experience in a high-volume phone role: BDR, SDR, inside sales, fundraising, call center, or similar. Recent graduates with phon-a-thon, alumni outreach, or campus call center experience are encouraged to apply.
No mortgage or financial services experience required; we prefer candidates new to the industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Based in or willing to relocate to the Walnut Creek, CA area (in-office)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
