Sales Development Representative
Job Description
DiMAX is seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect local businesses with modern technology solutions by initiating conversations, building relationships, and generating opportunities for the sales team. This onsite role is in Madison, Wisconsin with daytime hours and an on-target earnings range of $50,000–$70,000+.
Responsibilities
- Visit businesses in the assigned territory to introduce DiMAX and its solutions
- Initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers to assess potential fit
- Identify needs and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Log outreach activity in the CRM; training is provided
- Share field feedback to help refine outreach strategies
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Organized with solid follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or outreach experience is helpful but not required

Compensation
- Base salary: $41,600 per year
- Additional pay for qualified leads that convert to clients
- On-target earnings: $50,000–$70,000+

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday through Friday daytime schedule
- No night shifts, weekends, or holiday shifts
- Field-based role covering the assigned territory
