Job Description

Based in Raleigh, NC (onsite), the Sales Development Representative role at Levitate centers on outbound prospecting, booking demos for senior account executives, and top-of-funnel lead generation, with a promotion path to Account Executive within 6-9 months and a salary ranging from USD 42,000 to 85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to small businesses across the U.S. using provided leads, including about 130 cold calls.
  • Book demos for Senior Account Executives and ramp up to 3 demos per day over time with training.
  • Receive 1:1 coaching from your manager, including call reviews and role-playing to improve performance.
  • Confirm attendance with booked prospects for scheduled demos.
  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records by updating activities, opportunities, and account information.

Requirements

  • Cold calling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Aspiring to build a career in sales with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to ask for help and openness to coaching.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
