Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, hospices, churches, consulates, and community organizations
- Lead community outreach and networking activities
- Follow up with referrals and prospects
- Promote funeral and pre-need services
- Maintain CRM documentation and activity tracking
- Participate in community events
- Support business growth initiatives
- Achieve outreach and relationship-building goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, outreach, or relationship development
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfortable with field work and local travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- CDL C (Required)
- Travel willingness: 50% of the time
- Work location: On the road
- Languages: English and Spanish required
- Experience: Field sales, 2 years required
