Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and cross-sell opportunities by leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation and contract signing.
  • Build strategic client partnerships by engaging senior executives, understanding priorities, delivering tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term relationships that support retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy by creating plans, maintaining a robust pipeline, and using CRM insights to hit quota, improve forecasting, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Lead complex deal structuring by designing and negotiating enterprise level solutions, including pricing, SLAs, and governance models, aligned with financial targets and risk management standards.
  • Leverage market intelligence to monitor industry trends and competitor activity, refine strategies, and deliver differentiated, value-driven offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of functional experience
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% and proximity to Houston, TX, a central hub for clients and operational partners

Technologies

Experience with CRM systems is expected.
