Job Description
Remote Sales Manager role based in the Greater Miami area, overseeing Sales Executives and covering the Central and North Florida region.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to build a productive team aligned with company goals and joint initiatives.
- Provide strong leadership, effective communication, and cross functional collaboration with various departments and support functions.
- Manage sales coverage for the Central and North Florida region.
Requirements
- Five or more years of insurance experience as an individual contributor, with P&C preferred.
- Management experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Commercial Auto lines experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of insurance operations including underwriting, claims, marketing, and product.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexible, highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to manipulate, segment, and interpret data using spreadsheets.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Critical thinking and logical problem solving abilities.

- This is a remote role based in the Greater Miami area with regular travel within the region.
