Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales reps through structured classes, workshops, and field-based coaching

• Provide regular coaching sessions and performance reviews

Requirements

• One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling is required
• Minimum three years in sales, with at least one year in a sales management role
