Sales Manager

Beazer Homes is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of new home salespeople across assigned communities in Farmers Branch, TX. In this onsite role, you will recruit, train, and coach New Home Counselors while driving team performance toward sales, closings, and customer experience goals aligned to each community plan.

The position focuses on hands-on leadership, weekly community visits, and clear coaching so your team can execute consistently. Success is measured against the community plan, supported by your ability to understand competitive dynamics and motivate the sales group through purposeful direction.

What you’ll do

• Recruit, train, and staff high-quality New Home Counselors for assigned communities
• Visit assigned communities weekly to provide coaching, training, and direction that supports performance against the community plan
• Develop strategies for consistent success by understanding community competitors
• Provide purpose and motivation to the assigned team

What you bring

• Successful New Home Sales experience
• Demonstrable track record leading a team of people
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback
• Good judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills
• Aptitude for managing change

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• CRM software (Client Relationship Management)

Work environment and physical requirements

• Work in a typical office environment
• Drive to construction sites where temperature, weather, and noise may vary
• May be exposed to electrical, dust, poor ventilation, dangerous machinery, moving objects, and toxic conditions
