Sales Manager

Serena Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Aventura, FL is hiring a Sales Manager to drive hotel business development and revenue growth. In this full-time onsite role, you will expand corporate, group, and leisure opportunities while strengthening client relationships to support occupancy and sales goals.

This position centers on prospecting and account management, coordinating group reservations, and partnering with hotel leadership to execute sales strategies. The property is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, and employment terms and benefits are determined by the franchisee.

What you’ll do

• Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate, group, and leisure business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and account growth.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and follow-up activities to generate business.
• Promote the hotel’s accommodations, services, and facilities to prospective clients and business partners.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and coordinate contracts in line with hotel policies.
• Manage group reservations, room blocks, group masters, rooming lists, and client-specific requirements.
• Monitor account production, sales activity, and business opportunities to meet established sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Revenue Management to support sales strategies and optimize business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, contracts, and account information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests to support satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with hotel leadership and other departments.
• Proactive, professional, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
• Hilton experience is highly desired.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: USD 55,000 per year
