Sales Manager, Medicinal Chemistry or Chemistry or Pharmacy

Protheragen is hiring a Sales Manager to drive commercial activity for pharmaceutical chemistry-related services and products. The position focuses on expanding business with new customers while operating within a team-selling model and partnering cross-functionally in a customer-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell pharmaceutical chemistry-related services and products.
• Build relationships and establish trust with new customers to secure new business in the pharmaceutical chemistry industry.
• Operate effectively in a team-selling environment and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure proper use of internal resources.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting while maintaining a customer-first focus.

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinical, academic, government, and biotech clients.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and demonstrated negotiating skills.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
• Substantial growth experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Job Type

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 per year.

Employment type: contract.
