Job Description

As a Strategic Business Development Manager for ECAM, this remote role based in Addison, Texas focuses on driving enterprise growth across national and multi-site accounts by building executive partnerships and delivering technology-driven security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement strategic account plans aimed at enterprise-scale and multi-site clients
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for ECAM's security technology solutions
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with executive stakeholders across operations, security, procurement, risk management, and C-suite leadership
  • Accelerate growth in priority verticals including construction, logistics, infrastructure, commercial real estate, industrial, transportation, and retail
  • Lead intricate sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop persuasive business cases centered on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and return on investment
  • Prepare and present executive-level presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs
  • Negotiate enterprise agreements, national rollouts, and multi-site service programs
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, legal, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Work with business development and lead generation teams to improve pipeline conversion and deepen account penetration
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records in Salesforce
  • Represent ECAM at industry conferences, trade associations, and networking events
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging security technologies, competitive trends, and evolving customer risk landscapes

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards
  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic business development experience
  • Proven success selling complex solutions into enterprise or national accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota in high-value recurring revenue environments
  • Experience managing opportunities valued between $250K and $1M+
  • Strong background negotiating enterprise agreements and long-term contracts
