Job Description

Spotless Chimney Sweeping & Solutions is seeking a B2B Business Development and Relationship Manager to build and manage referral partnerships with chimney contractors and real estate professionals across Connecticut. This hybrid office and field role operates from Berlin, CT, combining in-person partner engagement with CRM-driven coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on estimates for residential projects and engage industry partners to drive collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop and manage B2B referral partnerships with:
    • Roofing Companies
    • Real Estate Agents & Brokerages
    • HVAC & Plumbing Contractors
    • Solar Installers
    • Home Inspectors
    • Property Managers & Real Estate Investors
    • Fire Departments & Insurance Contacts
  • Present the Partner Program, including tiered rewards or flat-rate pricing structures.
  • Maintain and grow referral accounts through proactive relationship management.
  • Provide partner education and marketing materials to support collaborations.
  • Track referral volume and performance in the CRM; coordinate lead handoff and follow-through with the operations team.
  • Attend industry networking events, expos, and partner trainings to expand the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, contractor partnerships, account management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Strong organizational habits; CRM experience is preferred.
  • Background in trade industries, home services, or real estate is a plus.
  • Self-starter who values autonomy and relationship-building.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage partner activities and performance.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: USD 75,952 - 95,426 per year.
  • Total Compensation: USD 78,000 – 120,000+ per year, including base salary and performance bonuses.

Work Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; some flexible hours
