Business Development Executive - Mandarin Speaking

Fantuan Technology Ltd is offering an onsite, full-time role in Houston, TX for a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive. The position carries a monthly salary of USD 4,000 and a benefits package that includes 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, employee discounts, and paid time off. This role centers on shaping marketing strategy, expanding partner networks, and achieving monthly sales and order targets, with opportunities to collaborate with schools, professional associations, and other partners. You will assist customers with registration and usage of company products and participate in offline promotions and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing strategies and achieve strategic goals based on platform development needs.
• Develop promotional plans to increase brand awareness.
• Build relationships with target groups, including schools, professional associations, and other potential partners.
• Understand customer needs and carry out marketing activities.
• Actively expand business partners and maintain relations with existing partners.
• Achieve the monthly sales and order number targets.
• Formulate a user manual to help customers register, install and use company products.
• Organize offline promotions of company products.
• Travel to, visit, and conduct sales activities with customers.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid logical thinking.
• Passion for the service industry.
• Experience in catering, publicity and marketing, or the food delivery industry is preferred.
• Strong learning ability, adaptability, creativity, execution, and ability to work under stress.
• Creative, responsible, and good at teamwork.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and various industry online database systems.
• Must travel to customers' locations.
