Job Description
Exential seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales and strategic account growth in semiconductor and high tech markets, with end-to-end sales ownership and regular client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Direct sales programs for strategic and tactical accounts, set growth direction, and supervise execution of revenue generating plans.
- Identify upcoming customer projects, cultivate new opportunities, and expand business with Fabs, OEMs, and other high tech clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, and sustain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and Exential customers.
- Develop sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and market insights; maximize use of Salesforce.com and other selling tools.
- Manage bids and proposals to ensure timely, accurate outputs aligned with client objectives and expectations.
- Facilitate clear, professional internal and external communications across all levels.
- Define strategic goals, drive contract negotiations, address objections, and close complex deals in dynamic environments.
- Perform additional duties and special projects aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field; MBA preferred. Alternatively, 5 years of semiconductor technical sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with specialty gas delivery systems preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- High energy level, self-motivated and directed, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly developed business acumen.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve problems.
- Absolute commitment to ethical business standards.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with peers.
- Track record working in multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel.
