Power Home Remodeling is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach, schedule sales appointments for outside teams, and maintain a robust customer database. This hybrid role in Levittown, PA supports a nationwide sales network and emphasizes eco-friendly products and services while delivering a top-tier client experience.

Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls in a fast-paced environment
- Generate sales appointments for outside sales representatives
- Promote Power's eco-friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Participate in department meetings and ongoing trainings
- Invitations to Leadership Conferences and Power Initiatives
- Provide customers with best-in-class service
- Aim for a 5-Star service rating
Requirements
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (in office and remote)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, mental fortitude and discipline
- Computer skills
- Adaptable to grow with new technologies and evolving communication methods
- Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with diverse personalities
- Exceptional patience and active listening skills
