Complex Sales Manager
Job Description
The Complex Sales Manager role is based onsite in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, where you will direct Hilton's group sales efforts by generating new business, managing client relationships, and guiding end-to-end sales processes to maximize room revenue and profitability across designated market segments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential group clients through proactive outreach and targeted data mining to drive new group sales and exceed lead-generation targets.
- Act as the primary liaison for designated market segments, nurturing current accounts and pursuing new relationships to expand room revenue and profitability.
- Assess hotel performance and market dynamics to craft targeted sales plans and promotional initiatives that capture demand and achieve sales objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from proposal development and site visits to contract negotiations, delivering terms aligned with client needs while optimizing revenue.
- Coordinate client requirements such as accommodations, catering, and meeting space, ensuring precise and timely entry of account and reservation data in the hotel's sales management system.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, provide coaching, and cultivate a positive, productive work culture.
