Job Description

The Digital Sales Manager will lead Intuit's merchant services sales efforts, shaping strategy, coaching teams, and overseeing the sales funnel to drive performance in line with multi-year objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Model Intuit's values and foster an inclusive environment that supports collaboration and innovation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and coach team members to reach peak efficiency.
  • Own the execution of the sales strategy by communicating targets, tracking progress, and pursuing continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the leadership team to implement a multi-year sales plan, contributing to both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Rapidly test new ideas using our innovation framework, combining data and insights to learn and iterate quickly.
  • Coach staff with regular feedback to emphasize sales priorities, forecast accuracy, problem solving, and innovation.
  • Manage the sales funnel to sustain a healthy sales cycle and meet quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to influence the consultant process across the organization.
  • Use available resources efficiently to manage territory and close deals at scale.
  • Measure success via key metrics such as quota attainment, close rates, and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying leadership experience in the merchant services industry.
  • Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software is preferred.
  • Experience selling merchant services across multiple industries with a strategic approach to customer challenges.
  • Familiarity with merchant service standards related to rates, cost analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes tied to money movement.
  • Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a robust grasp of sales levers, metrics, performance standards, and sales methodology.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a sales team environment.
  • Positive attitude, drive for results, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
