About the role

iCapital seeks a highly motivated, outgoing enterprise business development leader to expand its enterprise presence in the US independent wealth channel. This role works with the firm's largest US RIA clients, helping to grow relationships and drive new business initiatives by shaping the GTM strategy and leading development of our enterprise footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Champion enterprise adoption of iCapital's technology platform and infrastructure
  • Apply a consultative approach to deepen existing relationships and cultivate new ones across the offerings
  • Centralize client coverage and align the team to meet client needs
  • Educate clients on the platform's capabilities and drive new mandates and business activities
  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations; report on key initiatives and business activity
  • Relay client and prospect feedback to improve solutions and the client experience
  • Lead platform demonstrations for new prospects, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on launches and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers and senior executives to advance sales strategy, CRM, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business development or relationship management
  • 15+ years of experience in financial services or financial technology
  • Proven ability to deliver complex product sets or technology offerings to Enterprise clients
  • Strong experience with Alternative Investments and other complex products
  • Track record building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers
  • Experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to organize client coverage across product lines and channels for deep penetration and consolidated support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated client service skills with key stakeholders and clients
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
